People do not need capital raise, when management issued bond at cheaper rate they are still not happy and expects the share price to decline.
Obviously the SP will do some corrections before it rises again. How would the company run without having cash/debt/equity - raise where the rent collection had dwindled sharply.
the aim is to survive next six month.
