What this guy says doesn't make any sense to me.
He advocates for no quality asset sales at all, even if it comes at the cost of a CR even bigger than 3.5bn€.
This is monumentally stupid as 100% dilution via CR is essentially dividing your ownership of these quality assets by 2 anyway.
Somehow, he prefers that over selling 10% of the 56.1bn€ RE portfolio and retain 90% of his previous ownership ?
