1) The monthly chart is exquisite.
Euro-zone comp. Klepierre (LI.PA) has a beautiful weekly chart... a triangle forming on the daily since 28/2 with the lower side rejected today.
URW's 1Q update this Wednesday, followed by Klepierre on Thursday, would see URW push through EUR72.50 resistance if good.
2) France regional shopping centre comp. Mercialys put out a solid 1Q report last week - re-affirmed 2022 guidance and vacancy fell from 3.2% to 2.9% during 1Q
