I think many of the assets sold are non-core. Office realestate and 2nd tier retail. The transformation process here looks much like what the old Westfield was undertaking i.e. moving entirely into 1st tier shopping centres in top locations and getting rid of everything else. Personally, these decisions management are taking seem sensible to me.
