    I don't believe it's the full dividend.  The following is an extract from their report

    The Group will propose a cash dividend of E10.80  ……. subject to approval ……..
    This represents a payout ratio of 94% of the Groups adjusted net recurring result  ……..
    The planned schedule is:
    • payment of an interim dividend of E5.40 on March 29...….
    • subject to approval by the AGM, payment of final dividend of E5.40 on July 5, 2019 

    Haven't had a chance to understand the numbers in the ASX release as yet.
