I'm astounded that investors believed they were going to see a dividend in the near future. The company has a fairly wobbly balance sheet, and as investors have vetoed a cap raise at the current deeply discounted SP, the balance sheet would have to be repaired gradually through incremental asset sales and directing cashflow to reducing debt. It's mind boggling that this came as a huge surprise and brought about a 15% drop in the SP (in EuroNext at the moment)
