I watch Simon property for a base of comparison. To me the European malls have done better than US malls bar the UK. Simon has a holding of klepierre, also a comparable stock. I feel today's fall is over done and is about the lack of future dividends. The two companies move lock step most of the time, but the discrepancy now, is as high now as it was in September. Which was a good time to buy.
