    As soon as profit takers of the last few trading days are out, this stock will run hard.

    I think we will see 20c-22c close today and 28c tomorrow.

    Also, I expect we will see another ann in coming days regarding Quantum buys out a major chunk of shares from Pangaea, adding more certainty to Quantum's determination to bring this project forward.
