The way I see it: today is the 1st day we received the good news and sp was eager to go up in the morning. However it was restrained by profit takers who have taken the risk to buy at 13.5c-15.5c or thereabout over the last few trading days. They all deserve to make that profit of 10%-25% and congratulations to them. Well done.
So 1st round of selling is done and dusted. The days and weeks ahead will see sp firmly moving higher and higher because this funding deal essentially changes everything for the better for Besra and its gold project.
No one can ignore the fact that Quantum is an off-take customer as well as the biggest shareholder of Besra at 30% shareholding. This relationship is very important for both parties involved.
The road forward and the day to day management of Besra is now assisted by the founder of Quantum and another man from Quantum. It just feels to me Quantum and Besra is essentially ONE company as far as Bau project is concerned.
I expect to see more updates from the company with regards to operational and technical aspects of the project as it is now fast-tracked towards mining construction.
