I'm not sure what it will take. The $10million indicates intent by our JV partner but the convertible note has still to be addressed. I seem to recall that cnx invoiced the JV for services provided. It will be interesting to see when it is paid. I hope that the company is looking to licence our technology to other parties in China through contacts made via the UCG Institute. Also, it will be interesting to see whether progress is made with the Indonesian story. I'm not sure what the market is waiting for. Maybe a few more irons in the fire. Maybe concrete evidence that at least one project is being progressed on the ground.
Thoughts anyone?
