    re: Ann: US$100m Non-Recourse Debt Facility t... The reason for the mooted market reaction is the "gift" to Macquarie of a 25% working interest. Thats how they have done the deal.

    However, it does show that MB do view the outlook as being very prospecive, particularly in present day environment.
