    haha the sĺow strangling by Mercer Street continues....

    Only under even better terms for Mercer st now..... the lowest they could convert shares before was 1.8c. Now the new agreement allows them to convert as low as 1.4c....

    On top of that they have built in a 10% premium upfront rolleyes.png
