I already have.
Angolan soils are heavily depleted of phosphate. Imported fertilisers are in many cases prohibitively expensive and difficult to import.
Minbos has a proven, very effective, lower cost, locally mined product.
Margins will be high, up front cost is very low.
Angola needs it, the Angolan government recognises this and has shown its support by investing in the project at a 25% premium to the last traded price with an investment amount sufficient to clear one of the IDC loan preconditions.
With the SWF on board, the focus will now be on converting the binding MOU to a formal agreement ASAP.

So as of now, there's still nobody (except MNB's management and Carrinho?) who knows the real reason behind the extended delay in getting MoU converted into offtake contract?
