    I always expected that they will get the Angolan bank loan right from the start. The SWF coming on board just reinforced that. I didn't need any reassurances on it as they clearly have government support (albeit at a slow pace) but the company does sound confident on it as well.
    Would you prefer they are pessimistic about everything they discuss? Serious question.
