Credit where credit is due - I am happy with the terms negotiated here. Most importantly raised at a premium, and that premium is the floor with potential upside.
Now let's see the other 2 announcement needed and continue pushing the SP well north of here, that's for sure.
It really surprises me that people are still selling in the 7's. I know some may have got in the 5's-6's and taking a nice little earner, but there are still leaving so much on the table IMO.
