So what if the serial downrampers , who are either very rich and dont need to work and can post incessantly negative press were orchestrated to keep the price down, so that even the 8 c price was able to be achieved... There is so much positive in this company and what its doing .
So that may have been stage 1, stage 2 could be ensure VWAP isnt over 8 c .
