    No "massive dilution"
    Not "at the mercy of all"
    SWF not trying to screw MNB but comes in at a premium of the HIGHER of 8c or "the volume-weighted average price for Minbos shares for the 10 days immediately prior to execution of definitive transaction documents".
    So this might be done at a higher price than 8c.
