    As expected, iIt is still dilutive of any profits from Phobos or the phosphate project - but importantly, it does not dilute the shares of Minbos, meaning that it does not dilute MNB shareholders for any earnings or ownership of any other projects like the green ammonia or any potential future acquisitions or new projects in Angola or anywhere else.
