A few red flags I look for as forewarning that a company is in very serious trouble (i.e., might not survive)
- Failure to meet major project milestones with vague, patchy and unsatisfactory reasons as to why (yep)
- Significant and sustained SP sell-off (we haven't really seen this so far)
- Inability to secure funds from traditional finance markets (The company has so far failed to deliver, but I remain hopeful the IDC loan comes though)
- Emergency 'life saving' CRs that are highly disadvantageous and dilutive to existing SH (yep)
