At 4.00 approx. 'do not want to start construction any later than July' 'July will allow us to meet customer off take requirement'
So anyone can call me an idiot, why can we not start earlier and the preparation seems to have been forever why is the hold up to July, and are there any fears about the construction???
So does that mean if something goes off sync there is a strong possibility we do not make customer off take requirements and for some does this suit their agenda??
