Except that the IDC did not make any decision or provide that decision to Minbos until more than a month after they pulled out of the cr. So that theory does not sound possible to me. Also, if Jayson had that intention, then why did they agree to participate in the cr in the first place and only pull out after another company expressed interest to participate? None of that makes it look plausible that Jayson has any intentions to do what you posted.
