Absolutely, i am perplexed as to how important the project is that the Govt or Carrinho have not been able to do a deal for funding before this. Our govt just did a $400 million loan for Alpha HPA. The money MNB need is chicken feed for an important project yet it is a massive struggle for funding.
my concern as now we have increased staff our costs are high añd any delay will chew through the cash. A further CR at this price would be a disaster.
Want to buy more at this price, but it feels the uncertainty has increased not decreased.
