Well there are big risks and the main people to turn this around quickly is management with action and communication and hopefully goodwill.

It is going down because a few desire to sell. Is this a message to management, letting things drag on is counter productive?? probably

This is where if we hear nothing and the weeks slide on this will drift lower because, as you say. they are still running their operation costs which choose up funds becoming scarcer by the day so sitting on your hands will bring MNB and management down clearly. On top of that further belief wanes if nothing gets done and broadcast that is on the critical path
