The company has capped the price at 7 cents thats all it valued itself at due to incapable growth.

Really someone is going to pay good money for the options that will be dumped along with the capital raise. Options would be .001 then might be a good bye'.
I wouldn't jump into them.
The options unless converted straight away for more capital will also hold it down. As the new owners if purchased whilst price is lower, without the money to exercise. Would hope for the price to increase. Yet if they are converted. It will just add more downward pressure and the dilution factor. Hmm.
Some here must have options to dump as well. Hmm.
