Yeh, fair enough. What I struggle to piece together is why (a) peter wall's removal as chair, (b) lindsay reed's switch to the md role, and (c) Jayson's entry onto the board, all happening at the same time. Was Lindsay the sole orchestrator of these three developments, and if not, what is the relationship between them?
