The people, especially government of Angola most definitely don’t want to be played by a foreign company, who has control of a very important and sought after resource that is central to the country’s goal of ending food insecurity and diversifying the economy away from oil and gas. Minbos knows this. The government knows this. Which is why this project has to succeed and in reasonable time. Lyndsay knows the government’s patience will start running thin with more delays. And the government knows Minbos needs its support to achieve its objectives soon for the benefit of everybody. The time is nigh
