Exactly, the IDC are not morons, they want boxes to be ticked to reduce risk.
So would others.
This should be normal practice but unfortunately there has been slippage and the suppliers naturally have to up their governance regarding the terms of arrangement to protect their butts which is only common sense and prudent.
Even the potential customers would want certain risks mitigated so management will need to pull the finger out so the plant and production can be implemented
