Construction need to start no later than July. Lindsay was clear about that. So MNB needs to source USD$11M prior then to unlock the IDC credit. The two possible scenarios here are equity funding (i.e., finding a new cornerstone investor). Or securing a loan with some sort of backing from the Angolan gov.
