Hi Chuk, agree that IDC loan CPs are not unusual, we would need all that extra money anyway between now and when we start receiving income, in fact I suggested in earlier posts I expected IDC not to approve the loan till we could prove we could finance the remainder - a CP is the same thing.

I don't follow A4N and I don't generally read posts that are replies to trolls so I may have missed some of your other points.
As I said, I think MNB has a lot going for it and will eventually be very successful, but I'm sorry whichever way you look at the latest cap raise - it was crap. Obviously these last minute investors & Shanghai Jason pulling out upset the apple cart, the initial $10m over subscribed placement at 7c with no free option was acceptable.

When you say it was just a 23% discount - IMO that is very misleading.
