Definitely ulterior motives, but would hardly say clever. Continously spewing the same rhetoric over and over again with no facts to back it up.
i.e "Construction will take 12 months plus, Capex will blow out"...just made up completely by someone with no real idea for the purposes of trying to instil doubt in people, by someone with zero credibility.
"Record time for it to be below CR"...well that one was just pure laughable.
Actually rates very low on the serial downramper scale IMO. His agenda is so transparent, that I pity anyone who actually listens to it with the slightest bit of seriousness.
