Apologies if that's not what you mean. But imply by definition doesn't need your post. For example, when you say this is the last chance right after the CR when it was near 8c, it implies that you believe it will not drop significantly below 8c. You didn't write "it won't drop much below this level", but by saying "this is the last chance", you implied it.
