    How can one be confident of unlocking the IDC finance by July, when one of the preconditions for that finance in the conversion of the Carrinho MOU into a binding contract. And the Carrinho MOU has its own precondition of successful field trials, and shareholders have zero information about the timelines, status or outcomes of those field trials?
