I don't care if it's conceptually or theoretically factored in or not. At this rate, I am 90%+ sure that if financing not done by July, the share price will be around 5c if not lower. Whether one calls it "factored in" or not, it doesn't matter.
And @chuk, the NPV of 300m+ in the DFS is the NPV if the project is NOT scaled back. If it's scaled back because of lack of funding (which is VERY POSSIBLE as warned by MNB itself), it will no longer be a reference number for you to keep basing the discussions on.
