I think you might be confused about the market pricing of GA. The GA project does have tremendous value, what's highly uncertain now is whether MNB can deliver it.
They don't have any money to devour anything at this point in time
Even with the GA potential carrot - a 7c CR with attached 7c options has failed big time and no one seems interested even at 15% plus below this CR
Advanced discussions for an eternity - even quarterly indicated confident of raising capital from advanced discussions when questioned from ASX
and now recently shareholders here need loans from Angolan Banks
IMO
