The participation of the board in the raise hasn't been discussed in enough detail. These guys would know better than anyone if finance/equity is a likely outcome. And some of them have thrown a lot of money into this thing. I don't think its simply a matter of them scrambling to protect their own lucrative positions on the board because the two largest participants are a NED and former Director, respectively. What's their motivation?
