Why wouldn't the directors buy? With the US$14mill IDC being approved by its committee, the odds are much better that the Angolan banks will also approve the smaller remaining amounts needed as a prerequisite for the IDC drawdown. The IDC did not have to fill a quota for loans to the Angolan agricultural sector. The Angolan banks do have a quota to fill.
The South African IDC approval also gives the green light to the South African customer offtake. The directors should have a good idea about what's happening with that offtake.
A few here thought the company should have included a share purchase plan in the last cr. That would have been good in a way but it does cost the company more. Those shareholders that did want a share purchase plan can now buy at 6c instead. That is 14% below the price the directors and cr participants paid. Can't complain now about not being able to buy in a spp at 7c.
Hopefully the cr related selling dries up before we get any offtake news. We had a 5.6c low yesterday but closed on the high at 6c. See how we go tomorrow.
