I feel like the Carrinho binding sales agreement is the key missing ingredient. If it's achieved, I would feel much more confident about securing the remaining funding from African institution(s).
Yes it would be great to know exactly what's missing to make it a binding sales agreement, so that we know whether it's easy or hard to attain (I wouldn't form an opinion that it is "easy" or "hard" without knowing exactly what's pending to achieve it).
