I find it very strange that Carrinho have not signed a binding...

    I find it very strange that Carrinho have not signed a binding off take agreement. When you consider it's holding up the loan and therefore construction. Add in the fact they must use the Cabinda fertiliser and this situation is inscrutable. The only theory which makes sense is Carrinho is trying to bankrupt MNB and take on the project themselves. I will feel a great deal better if the agreement is signed.
