Maybe there's not much point discussing theories on what happened, as it can go wild and crazy very quickly. 9-10 more weeks and we will know its fate. Been waiting for years anyway.
The only thing that I strongly disagree with any bulls here is that funding risk is now low or has been reduced significantly. It's not. Otherwise the project still looks promising (as it was advertised years ago).
