One thing at a Time - focus on funding deadlines now
Without that - there will be no construction
Construction will have so many unknowns Delays and CAPEX - imo will take at least 12 months
Thats also a risk for lenders - time frame for construction and working capital in between - not as if MNB have experience with this as evidenced with the dramas with contractors alone
