The conditional loan approval is not different to a "conditional Home loan approval", now the board only need to produce loan approval document from SYR board and few legal document and formal approval within 2 days. Expect next announcement within few weeks that the loan has been approved and no need for going into market for a CR.
Once full production, the loan will be paid back within 4 years
