    Can anyone say for CERTAIN that there will be any dilution? If says that they 'may' convert the last 2 'scheduled' payments into shares.
    Is LOM obligated to take the full 8 tranches?
    If not then tranche 5 and 6 could, for example, be the last two payments.... but they aren't the last two 'scheduled' payments.....
    Just me pondering out loud...
