Arguably... we would not have made as much progress.

But my point is that any and every dilution is money (Value) being taken out of yours and every holder's pockets. We got to this near 100% dilution by doing few million here, few there.

13 million is nothing to sneeze at.

Also, keep in mind that this has exponential effect as BOD can do a cap raise based on %, if the pool increases so does the ability to cap raise without shareholder approval.

Lastly, we will have to develop the mine at Lulo. We will be looking at further dilution there.

AIM listing, possible dilution as well (I hope not)

My point is this, we have an amazing opportunity here to create wealth for all shareholders, let's stop treating shares like confetti.

<400m shares is still a fairly small register. I think the criticism about dilution (this time) is completely unfounded.

This is a great deal for shareholders.

If you can't live with it, move on!!
