I don’t know who these guys are, but just like Aussie Residential property right now - getting the $ is not the problem as there are plenty of lenders out there... due to low interest rates (globally) financiers say in Singapore can borrow $ in Japan at zero rates, then lend to say miners in Africa at 13% and make a clip along the way. There risk is currency swings.

In the case of LOM, the criteria as a guess would have been the quality of the asset, cash at bank, and LOM’s ability to raise capital. LOM recently raised $9.2m from the LOMOA issue, and could probably raise the same $ again, sure at a heavily discounted price. Hence giving LOM more options & choice than most miners re: financing. Good luck with your email, but don’t be too disappointed if the company only sends you back a link.
