Maybe it's only US$15M so they could prove to the market that they could pull off an investment agreement. Plus the door is left open to future negotiations with Osisko. Maybe the main event is a second major taking an equity stake like Glencore and it's coming sooner than we think and that's where the real funding is coming from.
