what they failed to say about inflation coming down regarding fuel is that come 1st of July opec are cutting another 1 million barrels of oil a day from production as they need the price to be $80 minimum.
we still have a few more rate rises to come.
currently:
USA 5-5.25%
UK 5%
NZ 5.5%.
Aus 4.1%. Next month will either be 4.35% or 4.6%.
cheap realestate coming up in 6 to 8 months time.
