There have been so many announcements about this that I consider it inconceivable the funds won't come through, although I'm going to say I'm only 95% confident, not 100%. There is still risk in that we are relying on the word of RD (I have no qualms with his word), who is relying on the word of Takeshi Ono (Valentia), who is relying on the word of the un-named Euro fund investors, so there is a chain of risk involved still.
