My long and painful experience with AGS and Ian Gandel taught me that even if the Director has a majority ownership, it does not always end up as a good outcome for the shareholder. Also we need to remember that these guys got their shares either very cheap (early on) or for nothing (bonus options/issues etc..)

Frequent communication is key, and in this case, the money in the bank will be a really big positive for EVM.
