    Well yet another delay but at least it was due to an unacceptable terms from China. I for one am happy for them to reject any terms that are not EVM's benefit or best interest. Reconfirmation of funds from Valentia is always nice to see.

    Interesting they have chosen to move funds via Germany. maybe the US did not like money coming out of China making it difficult to transfer the $15M but Germany does not care so much.
