Theoretically, we should be kept informed of any market significant development.
e.g if $15mill transfer has been initiated, blocked.
Any tradable knowledge should be communicated whether news is good or bad.
Otherwise those in the know have unfair advantage.
I know this is common knowledge - but it bugs me that no-one is held to account when obvious breaches occur
* this is not just applicable to EVM
